Mein Name ist ..... Ich bin 41 Jahre alt. Ich habe an der Universität..........als .....studiert. Ich spreche etwas die englische Sprache. Ich bin geboren in Surat Thani (Süd-Thailand)und besitze die Thailändische Staatsangehörigkeit. Meine Thailand ID-Card liegt diesem Schreiben bei. Ich habe eine Tochter, sie ist 18 Jahre alt und studiert an der Universität .......
Ich möchte dem Deutschen Gericht in München folgende Mitteilung machen:
Ich habe Hans (Johann Weileder) im Jahr 2015 über das Internet kennengelernt. Seit Januar 2016 wohnen wir in einem Haus fest zusammen. Hans wollte, dass ich mit Ihm für die Hälfte des Jahres nach Deutschland komme und dort in seiner Wohnung in München lebe. Die andere Hälfte des Jahres wollte er hier in Thailand verbringen. Darüber haben wir längere Zeit und öfters zusammen gesprochen. Leider kann ich aber für eine so lange Zeit Thailand nicht verlassen. Meine Familie (Meine Tochter) braucht mich. Ich habe auch .....Rai ( 1 Rai = 1.500 qm) Plantagen von meiner Mutter zur Bewirtschaftung übertragen bekommen. Diese Plantagen brauchen ständige Beobachtung und Pflege. Darum ist es mir nicht möglich einen größeren Teil des Jahres in Deutschland zu bleiben.

Ich bin sehr froh, dass sich Hans nun seit cirka einem halben Jahr dazu entschlossen hat, hier in Thailand bei mir zu bleiben. Wir sind hier sehr glücklich zusammen. Auch wenn Hans manchmal seine Heimat (Bayern) vermisst.

Im Januar 2016 hat Hans eine 1 Jahres-Visa für Thailand erhalten. Vorher hatte er immer nur 3-Monats-Visa, weil er vorher den Plan hatte öfters nach Deutschland zu reisen. Das ist für mich ein guter Beweis, dass Hans jetzt für eine lange Zeit bei mir in Thailand bleiben wird.
