wir haben schon im Januar 2015 über das Mail Kontakt gehabt. In den letzten Monaten habe ich viel investiert in das Haus und den Garten, Pool.....Nun möchte ich die Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen starten. Meine Firma hat kein Einkommen. Nur Ausgaben. Wenn ich Ihr Angebot richtig verstanden habe: Dann brauche ich keine monatlichen Berichte an das Finanzamt senden und auch keine monatlichen Steuern zahlen. Somit brauche ich an Dich keine monatlichen Zahlen leisten.

Nur 1 x (ein mal) im Jahr müssen alle Belege verbucht werden und die Bilanz erstellt werden und ein Testat für die Bilanz gemacht werden. Für diese Arbeit zahle ich an dich insgesamt 7.000 Baht.

Wenn das alles so stimmt, dann möchte ich sofort mit der Zusammenarbeit anfangen. Es wäre gut, wenn Du mich in den nächsten Tagen hier in Khanom besuchen könntest. Ich zahle auch gerne die Benzin-Kosten für die Fahrt von Nakon Si Thammarat nach Khanom. Ich denke du solltest meine ganzen Investitionen hier ansehen. Später kann ich zu dir nach Nakon Si Tammarat fahren. Bitte informiere mich, ob und wann Du zu mir kommen kannst. Ich kann dir dann auch alle Belege zum Verbuchen mitgeben und einiges dazu besprechen und zeigen.

Ich habe auch schon eine Aufforderung von dem Finanzamt bekommen. Ich muss die Bilanz abgeben!!! Vielleicht muss ich eine Strafe bezahlen???? Vielleicht sollten wir das Geschäftsjahr ändern,
wenn es erforderlich ist? Die Firma wurde im Dezember 2014 gegründet!!!
