Op grond van art. 7.17 lid 2 Wm hee

Op grond van art. 7.17 lid 2 Wm heeft het bevoegd gezag samen met de andere bevoegde gezagen op 15 juni 2012 het m.e.r.-beoordelingsbesluit genomen.
Geoordeeld is dat er voldoende milieu-informatie aanwezig is om op de aanvraag te beslissen. Van het m.e.r.-beoordelingsbesluit is kennis gegeven in de Staatscourant van 28 juni 2012 met nummer 13105 en in de Volkskrant en het Leidsch Dagblad, beiden van 28 juni 2012.

It is considered that sufficient environmental information available to decide on the request. The EIA assessment decision was notified in the Official Gazette of June 28, 2012 with number 13 105 and in the Volkskrant and the Leiden newspaper, both of June 28, 2012.
